We are looking for motivated Content Moderators to join a growing international team in Portugal. The role focuses on reviewing online content, ensuring platform safety, and maintaining community standards across digital channels. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can stay focused, work independently, and handle sensitive online material professionally. Responsibilities Review videos, images, text, and user-generated content Monitor platform activities according to internal policies Escalate violations and suspicious activities when required Maintain productivity and quality targets Work with international teams in a multicultural environment Ensure safe and positive online experiences for users Requirements Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills Minimum 1 year experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles At least 6 months experience is mandatory for all applicants Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Comfortable working with online content Good computer navigation skills Local candidates only with required language skills Important Information Only local candidates with required language skills will be hired.
