Key Responsibilities

Provide expert care for neonates, including critically ill newborns, in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care
Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to maintain high standards of neonatal care
Train and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research, and innovation in neonatal care

Requirements

Key Requirements

Specialist certification (e.g., MRCPCH, FRCPCH, American Board, or equivalent)
Substantial experience as a Neonatal Consultant in a tertiary-level NICU
Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care
