Nemours Children's Health is seeking an innovative and collaborative Neonatologist to join our growing Division of Neonatology at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida in Orlando. This unique opportunity is ideal for a neonatologist with a passion for caring for infants with complex chronic lung disease and an interest in developing a comprehensive, multidisciplinary Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) Program . The successful candidate will partner with an established team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, nurses, and allied health professionals to advance clinical care, quality outcomes, research, and family-centered support for premature infants with evolving and established BPD. Opportunity Highlights Help establish and lead a comprehensive BPD program within a nationally recognized children's health system. Collaborate with pediatric pulmonology, cardiology, nutrition, developmental medicine, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation services, and other subspecialties to provide coordinated care. Develop evidence-based clinical pathways and quality improvement initiatives focused on improving outcomes for premature infants with chronic lung disease. Participate in inpatient neonatal care within a Level IV NICU environment. Opportunity to build longitudinal care models that support patients from NICU through outpatient follow-up. Contribute to education, mentorship, and scholarly activities across the division. Engage in program development, strategic planning, and clinical innovation. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure. Demonstrated interest or experience in chronic lung disease of prematurity, pulmonary hypertension, neonatal respiratory outcomes, or multidisciplinary program development is preferred. Academic, quality improvement, or research experience related to neonatal respiratory care is welcomed.
