New Graduate Registered Nurse

Role: New Graduate Registered Nurse (eligible for TN visa sponsorship) to support patient-centered care teams in an acute care setting.

Key Duties

• Provide direct bedside nursing care and assist with patient needs.
• Administer medications and follow established clinical protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient status, reporting changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on care, safety, and discharge-related instructions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and infection-prevention standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in structured clinical learning with preceptorship and professional development.
