Customer Service Representative - Norwegian Speaking

For an international company based in Greece, we are looking for Norwegian-speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
Record and document customer interactions in the system.
Maintain quality and service standards.
Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
No prior customer service experience is required.
This position is for you if you:
Speak Norwegian at a minimum C1 level or native (fluent/bilingual).
Have an English level of B1 or higher.
Are ready to live and work in Greece.
Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
Are open to a multicultural work environment.
Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Greece.
