Already hold a security clearance? Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV — great. If not, MSS Security can sponsor eligible candidates to obtain the required clearance. Return of service applies.

About the role:

MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to join our Defence portfolio in the ACT. Whether you’re new to security and looking to start a meaningful career, or an experienced officer looking for a change, we want to hear from you. Based in NSW or VIC and looking to relocate to the ACT? We’ll cover the cost of your security licence mutual recognition from NSW/VIC to ACT. MSS will also fund and cover the cost of the required security clearance.

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship – required for Defence security clearance eligibility
ACT Security Licence required – MSS will cover the cost of mutual recognition for NSW or VIC Security Licence holders relocating to the ACT.
Full Open Driver’s Licence
NV1 or PV Clearance Required - MSS will fund and cover the cost of the required security clearance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate strong attention to detail
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
