Nurse Manager Critical Care (Medical ICU) Plano, TX Full-Time Days Salary Range: $84,849 to $127,274 (Based on Experience) Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager of Critical Care (Medical ICU) to join a leading healthcare organization in the Plano, TX area. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity to oversee a high-acuity 16-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit within a collaborative and innovation-driven hospital environment. The role manages approximately 45 FTEs, driving excellence in patient outcomes, safety, and team performance. Responsibilities Provide 24/7 leadership and accountability for the Medical ICU department. Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow. Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve top-tier patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering engagement and retention. Manage departmental budgets, supply utilization, and strategic initiatives supporting quality and growth.
