Nurse Manager – NICU

Location: Worcester, MA

Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Setting: 100% Onsite

Department: Level III NICU

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000/year + Benefits + Sign On Bonus + Relocation Package

Lead a Level III NICU and make an impact where specialized neonatal care and strong nursing leadership come together. We’re seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the NICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily NICU clinical operations
• Lead, hire, schedule, and manage nursing staff
• Maintain appropriate staffing and patient-care standards
• Drive quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Manage department budgets and financial operations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license / Willing to Obtain
• MSN, or BSN with current enrollment in a qualified MSN program
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience
• NICU/neonatal nursing experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years of related specialty experience preferred
