Nurse Practitioner (Easy Schedule – New Grads Welcome – Up to $140K)

Join an independently owned family medicine practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as an FNP or PA and get a schedule and benefits package that’s hard to match: four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with a three-day weekend every week. Through Rural Health Clinic designation, your student loans are paid off in full. There’s also a $5,000 relocation bonus and total compensation up to $140,000 plus monthly and annual bonuses. The role is outpatient only, with no hospital rounding, no inpatient duties, and no overnight call. The practice is looking for providers with at least 1 to 2 years of NP or PA experience who live in the Cape Girardeau area or are ready to move there. New grads with strong RN or clinical backgrounds are still considered.

Key Responsibilities

• See patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, and prescribe per Missouri law
• Collaborate with in-house behavioral health, a dietitian, lab, and clinical support staff
• Grow a loyal, returning patient panel over time

Qualifications

• Nationally certified FNP (AANP or ANCC) or NCCPA-certified PA
• Active Missouri APRN or PA license, or willing to obtain one
• DEA registration, or able to obtain
• 1–2+ years of NP or PA experience preferred; new grads with strong hands-on RN or clinical backgrounds considered
• Live in the Cape Girardeau area or be fully committed to relocating (a long daily commute isn’t a fit)
• Motivated, collaborative, and good with patients

Schedule & Compensation

• $115,000–$140,000/year, including monthly and annual bonuses
