OB/GYN Physician Opportunity | Wilmette & Glenview, Illinois (North Shore Chicago)

North Shore Associates in Gynecology and Obstetrics (NSAGO) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our physician-led private practice in 2027. Whether you’re completing residency or bringing years of experience, you’ll find a collaborative group where knowledge moves in both directions. Physicians at every stage of their careers share clinical insight, practice know-how, and fresh training, and everyone’s perspective shapes how we care for patients.

For decades, NSAGO has provided comprehensive women’s healthcare across Chicago’s North Shore. We support physicians at every stage, whether you’re transitioning into practice or looking for a supportive partnership with room to teach, lead, and shape the practice over time.

Practice highlights

• Established physician-led practice serving the North Shore for 35+ years
• Collaborative group of seven OB/GYN physicians
• Approximately 750 deliveries annually
• Structured mentorship program for physicians entering practice
• Robotic surgery with dedicated OR access
• Academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, with teaching opportunities
• Collaborative care with Certified Nurse Midwives and dedicated clinical support staff

• Predictable schedule with a minimum of 20 office hours per week
• One weekday call per week and approximately 1:6 weekend call

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Illinois medical license, or ability to obtain one
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered women’s healthcare
• Interest in practicing within a collaborative, physician-led environment
