Seeking a compassionate OB/GYN to join a respected Women's Health team in Baldwin, Wisconsin, just east of the Twin Cities.

This role offers the opportunity to provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, low-intervention care model emphasizing relationship-based medicine and excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Practicing comprehensive OB/GYN medicine in a well-established rural women’s health program
• Supporting physiologic birth and minimizing unnecessary surgical interventions
• Providing patient-centered care with a focus on personalized experiences
• Collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives and the healthcare team
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Active OB/GYN license and relevant clinical experience
