Occupational Therapist | Hospital Outpatient | Hand Therapy

Highlights/Benefits

• Full-time Outpatient Hand Therapy


• Mentorship from an experienced team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs


• Around 8-10 patients/day


• Dedicated one-on-one therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes


• Hands, shoulders, and elbows, with additional neurological cases including stroke, TBI, and occasional SCI


• 60-minute treatments/evaluations


• Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, 1 in 4 weekends


• 20+ paid time off (PTO)


• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus $2,000 in Relocation Assistance


• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible position


• Medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement 401k with employer match

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program


• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one


• Excellent communication skills across all levels


• Collaborative, team-building personality style


• Hand Therapy Certification & Experience Preferred
