About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide diverse, client-focused services within community-based programs aimed at restoring health and wellbeing for older adults. You'll work independently within a multidisciplinary team, delivering efficient and effective interventions that meet high standards of excellence. This role offers a varied caseload, including discharge home visits, functional assessments, rehabilitation, cognitive therapy, and minor home modifications (no major modifications). You'll collaborate closely with team assistants to provide regular interventions for all clients.
