We are expanding our sales team and seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic organization.

Role Description

We are hiring experienced and motivated Off-Plan Property Consultants / Real Estate Sales Agents for full-time, on-site positions in Dubai.

The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, presenting investment opportunities, and closing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales.
• Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and developer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and client follow-ups.
• Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, new launches, and developer offerings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Previous UAE real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market and leading developers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi, Russian, French, or Arabic is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
