• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage is mandatory
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills
• Knowledge of Dubai developers, projects and payment plans
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
