• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience, with Dubai off-plan experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai developers, new project launches and payment plans.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close property transactions.
• Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• European language skills preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
