Al Zaeem Real Estate is growing, and we’re looking for Property Consultants who speak Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), or Spanish to serve international investors and buyers from around the world.

With 15+ years of market leadership and a presence across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Baku, we are expanding our teams and opening doors for driven, high-performing consultants.

The opportunity:

This is not just another sales role. You will represent premium properties, work with qualified leads, and join a team that consistently ranks among the UAE’s top-performing brokerages.

What we’re looking for :

✔ Native or fluent Russian, Chinese, or Spanish

✔ Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)

✔ UAE real estate sales experience is preferred.

✔ Abu Dhabi Broker License (BLN), or willingness to obtain it

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

✔ Valid UAE driving license

✔ Open to male and female candidates
