We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents interested in building or expanding their expertise within Dubai’s dynamic off-plan property market.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, with particular knowledge of:

• Major Dubai developers and their project portfolios
• New and upcoming project launches
• Payment plans and developer incentives
• Property pricing and market trends
• Investment opportunities and potential returns
• Buyer requirements and investment objectives
• Residential property sales and client relationship management

Experience in Dubai real estate sales, particularly in off-plan property transactions, will be considered an advantage.

• Commission structure of up to 80%, in accordance with company policy.
