We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Officer Stores to join our team in managing the store operations for our real estate residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and logistics, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

- Implement best practices for inventory management and storage

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Officer in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
