Role Overview As an OV in meat establishments, you will: Conduct ante- and post-mortem inspections to verify animal welfare and food safety compliance. Monitor and enforce compliance with FSA and legal standards . Lead and support inspection teams, ensuring consistent delivery of official controls. Build productive relationships with Food Business Operators (FBOs) and stakeholders. Full responsibilities follow the FSA Manual for Official Controls (MOC) , ensuring compliance, safety, and professional leadership at every stage of the meat production process.
