Onboarding & Listing Specialist – Holiday Homes | Dubai

Company Description Rentico Vacation Homes Rental is a DTCM-licensed hospitality company managing 50+ premium short-term rentals across Dubai.

We run the full property lifecycle: setup, interior design, marketing, dynamic pricing, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance and DTCM compliance. Owners get a hands-off experience with transparent reporting, and every guest gets hotel-standard care.

The Role

A full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You take every new unit from signed contract to a live, high-performing listing, fast and right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect owner documents and manage the DET (DTCM) holiday home permit process
• Make sure each unit meets Rentico’s hospitality and design standards before launch
• Coordinate design handover, photography, operations and housekeeping to get homes guest-ready
• Set up each unit in Guesty: details, fees, house rules, channels
• Create and publish listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo
• Write strong titles and descriptions, list amenities accurately, and upload photos in the right order
• Set up inventory lists, check-in guides, smart locks, Wi-Fi and Breezeway checklists
• Hand each live unit to Revenue for pricing in PriceLabs
• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to lift bookings
• Keep owners updated on their listing status, clearly and on time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in holiday homes onboarding or listing management in Dubai (must)
• Hands-on with the DET / DTCM holiday home permit process (must)
• Strong working knowledge of Guesty PMS (must)
• Experienced with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo extranets (must)
• Breezeway experience a plus
• Extremely detail-oriented, able to run several units at once
• Confident communicating with owners and internal teams
• Comfortable doing on-site unit checks across Dubai
• English fluent; Arabic or Russian a plus
• UAE driving licence a plus.
