About the Role
We are currently hiring
Operations Coordinators
to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills across multiple languages.
Language Requirements
Candidates must have
English + one of the following language combinations
:
German + Dutch
Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian)
Finnish + Swedish
Important:

one full combination is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities and workflows
Act as a point of contact for multilingual stakeholders
Handle inquiries, issue resolution, and process follow-ups
Ensure service quality and adherence to internal KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Fluency in
English + one of the listed language combinations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Previous experience in operations, customer support, or coordination is a plus
