We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. Our team combines deep experience across healthcare, operations, and technology. Role Partner closely with the CEO to help operate the core infrastructure of the company across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management. Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs. Own high-priority operational projects. Improve processes across the business and help the company scale effectively. Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance. Qualifications Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast. Technically literate. Eager to learn and grow with an early-stage team. Nice-to-have: healthcare experience.
