Operative Procurement Specialist

04_Professionals (technical) BU3 Lifecycle and Mobility Your Contribution Place of work: Psary (nearby Wrocław) Execute daily operational procurement activities, including purchase order creation, confirmations, ERP alerts, and delivery follow‑up Ensure timely material replenishment by managing demand, forecasts, safety stocks, and inventory parameters Monitor and secure supplier performance related to lead times, quantities, and delivery reliability Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, managing follow‑ups, backlog reviews, escalations, and recovery actions Maintain accurate procurement master data and analyze inventory coverage, reorder points, and slow‑moving materials Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse) to ensure high product availability while avoiding excess stock Your Experience & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in operative procurement or material planning. Strong experience in SAP procurement transactions Analytical skills and process-oriented thinking. English proficiency at B2/C1 level Experience with global suppliers and international logistics. Ability to interpret demand forecasts and planning parameters. Strong communication and coordination skills.
