Execute production operations across different manufacturing processes, including documentation and process-related calculations. Identify, investigate, and help resolve process deviations to support continuous manufacturing excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering stakeholders. Maintain accurate production records and support regulatory and quality standards. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Support continuous improvement activities that enhance operational performance, safety, and product quality. What we are looking for Education in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline. Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment. Understanding of cGMP principles and quality-focused manufacturing practices. Ability to identify and solve process-related issues in a structured and compliant manner. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Effective communication skills in English; German language skills are advantageous. Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including 4-shift operations where required.
