Optometry Manager

A well-established hospital, located near Oconomowoc, WI, is seeking a full-time, permanent Optometry Manager to join its organization. Relocation assistance is provided with this opportunity!

• Pay range: $90,000 - $100,000/year
  

Optometry Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 to 5
  
• An eligible bonus will be provided for the selected Optometry Manager
  
• The Optometry Manager will manage staff, develop and monitor budgets, implement practice policies, and communicate with the administrative staff
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives for service delivery and patient satisfaction
  
• Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies
  

Optometry Manager Requirements:

• Associate's degree in business administration and/or healthcare management required
  
• 1 – 3 years of management experience in a physician's practice or outpatient clinic setting
  
• Knowledgeable about eye insurance, along with medical billing/coding
