One of our government clients needs an Oracle Application Developer for a long-term contract position.
Position: Oracle Application Developer / Information Systems Applications Specialist III
Visa Status: All work authorizations accepted
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% Virtual / Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (with an option to renew for 1 additional year)
Rate: $60/hr - $65/hr (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Developer will assist the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) in supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities include:
- EPM Support: Act as the single point of contact for OSDH EPM administrators to answer questions and resolve issues with the Oracle application.
- Technical & Functional Expertise: Provide deep technical and functional support for EPM applications, ensuring the timely resolution of all system issues.
- Production Operations: Handle day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, data loads, reporting, and security administration for the EPM ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- Core Experience: Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion platforms.
EPM Modules: Proven expertise in Oracle Planning, Budgeting, Essbase, Smart View, and Cloud modules such as FCCS, PBCS, or EPBCS.
Education & Experience Requirements: Must meet one of the following combinations:

- 12 semester hours of Computer Science or MIS + 3 years of experience in applications development and analysis.
- 156 hours of vocational/technical certification in applications development + 3 years of experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
