What You'll Do You'll work closely with our orthodontists and dental team to deliver excellent patient care from start to finish: Chair-side assisting during bonding, debonds, bands, and scans Taking X-rays, impressions, and clinical charting Sterilization and operatory prep per OSHA/CDC standards Educating patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene Lab work for retainers and appliances Helping patients feel comfortable and informed at every step What We Offer $19–$23/hr based on experience and qualifications Paid time off + sick days Retirement Plan with employer match Full sponsorship for Dental Assistant certification programs Real career advancement, we promote from within A team that shows up for each other What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience is a big plus) Bilingual English/Spanish.
