Job Description
Electrical Engineering/Equipment
The Following Operations In Office And Retail Complexes
①Operation and operation of building equipment
② Daily maintenance and inspection of various equipment
③ Duties related to safety supervision regarding the construction, maintenance and operation of electrical facilities (Chief Electrical Engineer)
④ Emergency response in case of abnormalities in facilities or inside the building
⑤ Inspection of subcontractors, attendance at facility renovation work, and construction management
Carry out other duties in accordance with instructions and manuals in the department
Application requirements
・Basic PC knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
N2 level or above (emphasis on communication skills)

220,000 yen to 250,000 yen
Once a year (April)
Twice a year (June and December) *Approximately 4.0 months
Paid if the commute distance from home to work is 1.5 km or more and public transportation (in principle, trains) is used
Working hours
・9:00-18:00 (60-minute break, 8 hours of work)
・9:00 to 10:00 the next morning (120 minutes break, 7 hours sleep, 16 hours actual work)
