Job Description
Electrical Engineering/Equipment
In properties managed by our company (office buildings, commercial facilities, public facilities, etc.)
We will entrust you with the management of equipment and facilities (electricity, air conditioning, fire protection, water supply and drainage equipment, etc.).
■Operation and operation of building equipment
■ Patrol maintenance and inspection of various facilities
■ Building and facility management
■ Emergency response work in the event of abnormalities in equipment, facilities, or inside the building
■ Attending inspections by subcontractors and facility renovation work, and construction management
・Basic PC knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
