Benefits & Compensation: This positions base salary hiring starts at $244,206.35 annually. Physician is also eligible for productivity based compensation to increase overall annual compensation (4,000 wRVU threshold annually). Annual salary increases are also planned for this position. Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
