Outpatient Physical Therapist | Full-Time, Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Greater Worcester

We're partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient practice in the Worcester area where PTs have time to focus on their patients. Appointments are 40 minutes, one patient at a time, with no double-booking.

Compensation & benefits

• Base $83,000–$100,000, plus uncapped productivity bonuses (estimated total comp $85,000–$115,000+)
• $3,000 evening shift differential
• Up to $2,000/yr for approved continuing education, plus in-house courses
