Show job description

You understand paid media and love getting deep into data. If you have solid media knowledge and analytical depth, you are the one we are looking for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Paid Media Analyst at H&M, you’ll build our understanding of how our media investment drives results across 60+ markets and 10+ channels, at a scale few companies can match. You’ll work with in-platform data, incrementality-based attribution and marketing mix modelling side by side, comparing what each one tells us and turning it into answers the business can act on.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend most of your time in the data, not in strategy meetings, but your analysis will directly shape how we invest. You’ll own your analyses from start to finish and help build how we measure and report paid media at H&M.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse: Dig into paid media and business performance data to understand what’s driving results, find root causes behind changes in performance, and spot opportunities for testing and optimisation.
  • Connect: Bring these measurement sources together across channels and markets into one consistent view of performance.
  • Advise: Turn analysis into clear recommendations and compelling narratives for media and marketing teams, and contribute to insights shared with leadership all the way up.
  • Build: Shape reporting frameworks, dashboards and automated reporting together with BI and data specialists.

WHO YOU ARE

The two things we can’t compromise on are strong hands-on analytical skills and a solid understanding of paid media. You don’t need to be an expert in every platform, but you should understand the media landscape, its key metrics and how to use data to find what’s driving performance.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, working with large datasets to analyse media and marketing performance.
  • Experience working with large data sets, from channels such as Meta, Google or TikTok. You don’t need to have run campaigns yourself, but you know what the data means.
  • Familiarity with measurement beyond platform reporting, such as attribution modelling, incrementality measurement, or marketing mix modelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through open questions independently.
  • Experience owning analyses end-to-end and turning them into clear, actionable recommendations, supported by strong visualization and storytelling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups. Experience presenting to senior stakeholders is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English.

You’re curious, structured and comfortable with ambiguity. You’d rather dig into why the numbers moved than write the strategy, but you understand how your work feeds into it. Most of all, you’re excited to use data to influence real business decisions.

Media is one of the main ways H&M reaches and engages customers around the world. You’ll join a team with strong media expertise around you. Your role is to bring the analytical perspective, challenge what the data is telling us, and help turn complexity into clear decisions.
