A busy outpatient interventional pain group on Florida's Space Coast is recruiting a board-certified pain physician for its Melbourne practice. Average income is around $600,000 . Compensation includes a competitive one- to two-year base guarantee in the $360,000–$480,000 range, then 50% of collections once the guarantee is met. Partnership is immediate with no buy-in, and you receive ownership in a multi-specialty ASC with quarterly distributions. New grads and experienced anesthesiologists or PM&R physicians are encouraged to apply. Clinical Role This is a 100% interventional pain position in an established clinic. You work alongside other pain physicians with strong NP/PA support for follow-ups and a management team that handles administration, so your day stays focused on procedures. Care is outpatient; hospital privileges are used for emergencies only. Procedure Expectations You must be comfortable with stimulator and pump implants and a high daily volume (about 20–30 interventional procedures per day, roughly 100+ per month).
