This structure allows you to focus on clinical excellence and patient care while maintaining an efficient, high-volume interventional practice. Required Qualifications ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship with 2026 completion Board-eligible or board-certified through ABA, ABPMR, or ABPN Documented neuromodulation experience including spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume Clean credentialing and licensure history Commitment to intervention-first philosophy with daily procedure volumes of 20-30 cases Ability to maintain new patient access under seven days Preferred Qualifications DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs Intrathecal pump/targeted drug delivery background Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or completion of recognized neuromodulation courses Interest in satellite clinic development opportunities in 2026 Practice Highlights The established practice offers immediate volume with referral relationships already activated.
