Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint, varnish, coatings, and finishes to metal and wooden surfaces Use a range of tools and techniques, including brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Carry out protective coatings for metal (e.g. anti-corrosion treatments) Ensure high-quality finishing standards across all work Interpret job specifications and technical instructions Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience as a Painter , specifically working with metal and wood products Knowledge of different paint types, coatings, and surface preparation techniques Experience with spray painting (desirable) Strong attention to detail and finishing quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices Willingness to relocate to the UK or Ireland for employment Language Requirement (Mandatory) As part of the visa and employment requirements: Candidates must hold a valid UKVI IELTS (Academic or General Training) A minimum score of 5.5 in each section (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is required Additional Information This application is for inclusion in a candidate pool only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted when suitable roles become available Visa sponsorship will be available depending on the employer and role Department APPLICANT POOL Locations Northern Ireland Job Type International
