Located in Newstead, they provide paintless dent removal, major structural repairs and are recognised agents for some of the industry’s leading repair products. With recent growth in their business, they are seeking a full-time qualified panel beater, apprentice panel beater or someone eager to learn to join their team of professionals. The Position… The position involves, but not limited to the following: • Dismantling, repairing and reassembling vehicles • General workshop duties • Maintaining a clean work environment • Using specialised modern equipment The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have most of the following: • Possess Trade Qualification or equivalent • Possess an attitude, desire and passion to continuously develop your skillset and produce repairs to a very high standard • Possess and develop high quality panel beating skills • Have a strong team member mindset • Be flexible with a can-do attitude and demonstrate both honesty and reliability • Hold an open manual driver's licence • Ability to work 38 hour a week plus 2 at overtime rates • Ability to repair and fabricate new parts for older classic vehicle restoration The Benefits… Some of the benefits of working for this company include: • A competitive remuneration plus superannuation • A positive and rewarding work environment where the company values quality over quantity • The opportunity to work and learn with talented skilled panel beaters • Good working conditions working with the latest quality and specialised modern equipment • Weekly staff lunch and meeting to ensure a great team culture and opportunity to receive and give feedback. • Long Term Stability: standard working hours are 7.00am – 3.45pm Monday through to Friday with no weekend work.
