Paralegal

Aliant Law (London) has urgent vacancy for two paralegal positions due to increase in volume of work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting solicitors with different areas of laws including criminal appeal, civil litigation, corporate immigration and property. Candidates are expected to have 3 years’ experience as a paralegal with good drafting, communication and organisational skills. This is a full time, in office job based in London. The ideal candidates should be available to commence employment in February 2026. Starting salary of £26,000 per annum subject to experience and ability. There is an additional opportunity for exceptional candidates to be sponsored under the immigration rules.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft routine legal documents including letters, statements.
• Create and maintain case files.
• Facilitate the meeting of court deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.
• Conduct legal research.
• Attend and assist at court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal for a minimum of 3 years.
