RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Associate who’s ready to deliver top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts
- Maintain clean, well-organized displays
- Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction
- Take on additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
- Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Hourly training pay is $20.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period. Following training, compensation transitions to a base hourly rate of $17.13/hour plus commission, with employees receiving total earned commissions + hourly base pay OR guaranteed training pay ($20.00/hour), whichever is higher per pay period.
- Base Pay: $17.13 per hour
- Commission Rates:
- $0 – $24,999 in Sales: 2% commission on sales
- $25,000+ in Sales: 3% commission on sales

- Paid Time Off & Holidays: Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (approximately 1.54 hours per weekly pay period, totaling 80 hours / 10 days annually for full-time staff). PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, and illness. This policy meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Paid Sick Leave Law. In addition, the company provides 3 paid holidays per year.
