Overview

We invite applications for board-certified or board-eligible Pathologists to join our highly collaborative team of clinicians and physicians. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside 17 Pathologists, 6 Pathologists' Assistants, and 4 PhDs in a busy and fast-paced practice that serves a large and diverse patient population. In this role, responsibilities include surgical pathology and cytology sign-out, frozen section interpretation, rapid on-site cytology evaluation, call coverage, participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and shared laboratory leadership and administrative responsibilities, including CLIA directorship opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • AP/CP board-certified or board-eligible
  • Strong diagnostic skills in general surgical pathology
  • Ability to provide pathology services across two hospitals and a regional laboratory
  • Commitment to maintaining current knowledge in surgical pathology and applicable molecular diagnostic techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based practice

Current hiring incentives for this role:

  • Relocation allowance – up to $15,000

The annual salary for this position is $362,900 - $442,500 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
