The Role

Responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll services for employees engaged under the Company's Employer of Record (EOR) licences and external client payroll arrangements. The role ensures payroll is processed in accordance with local labour legislation, WPS requirements, client service agreements, and internal controls, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage payroll for both internal staff and external client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for client payroll queries, providing responses and resolutions within 24 hours.
Liaise with clients to collect payroll inputs, clarify discrepancies, and confirm approvals ahead of payroll processing deadlines.
Ensure all client payrolls are delivered in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Prepare and send detailed payroll reports and payslips to clients for approval and distribution.
Provide guidance to clients on payroll compliance, statutory updates, and best practices.
Escalate and resolve any payroll-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date client payroll files and documentation in accordance with audit and confidentiality standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with client representatives to ensure continued satisfaction and trust.
Participate in regular service reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of client payroll processes.

Requirements for the Role

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

· 3–5 years of UAE payroll experience

· Prior experience in a client-facing payroll role or professional services environment is highly desirable

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, WPS, and statutory requirements across the relevant jurisdictions

· Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems

· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software or CRM

systems is an advantage

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory

Working hours & flexibility

Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Flexible Fridays: a reduced working day (one hour shorter) and business-casual dress
