Compensation Package This role pays $80,000–$111,200 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone. What You’ll Be Doing Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes: Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Treating pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postpartum recovery Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it Who We’re Looking For We're looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to grow our pelvic health program — treating patients with incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postpartum concerns who often haven't found answers elsewhere. You'll bring specialized, compassionate care to a population that needs it and doesn't always get it.
