- Own and coordinate key talent, workforce and annual people processes, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across the People function.
- Track delivery of strategic Partnering priorities, functional commitments and key programmes, providing visibility of progress, risks and dependencies.
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled and technology-driven ways of working, driving innovation, simplification and continuous improvement across the Partnering team.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional programmes, annual people cycles and strategic initiatives, while managing competing priorities, capacity and resources effectively.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, simplification, standardisation and technology-enabled change, including the practical adoption of AI and data-driven ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build connections, create executive-ready outputs and drive continuous improvement across teams and geographies.
