Currently, we use DaVinci Robot (will upgrade depending on the need) Sign-On Bonus (10K | Negotiable) Relocation Allowance (5K | Negotiable) Can be employed as a W2 or 1099. Qualifications Current California medical license Graduate from an accredited Urology Residency program. Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $200-250 hourly.
