Construction
Construction management/maintenance (Site Engineer/maintenance)
お客様（ハウスメーカーや個人のお客様）から依頼を受けて、
オーダーメイドのバスルーム（システムバス）の設置工事を管理していただきます。
チームと連携して、一つ一つのお風呂空間を丁寧に完成させていく仕事です。
・建築会社や工事会社とスケジュールや工事内容の打ち合わせ
・自社の工場と連携して、バスルームの製造や納品を確認
・工事前の現場確認、完成までの進行管理
・完成チェック・検査
案件の種類：
- 一般住宅のお風呂が 約80%（工事期間3～4日程度）
- ホテルや病院のような大きな建物が 約20%（工事期間3～4か月）
★箱根や静岡をはじめとしたホテル・旅館など、さまざまな現場へ出張する機会があり、毎回異なる環境で経験を積めます。
