Construction
Construction management/maintenance (Site Engineer/maintenance)
We receive requests from our clients (house builders and individual clients),
You will be responsible for managing the installation of custom-made bathrooms (system bathrooms).
This job involves working in collaboration with a team to carefully complete each and every bathroom space.
- Meeting with the construction company or building contractor to discuss the schedule and details of the work.
- We coordinate with our own factory to confirm the manufacturing and delivery of bathrooms.
- On-site inspection before construction and progress management until completion.
- Final check and inspection
Type Of Job
- Approximately 80% of bathrooms in ordinary homes (construction period: about 3-4 days)
- Large buildings such as hotels and hospitals account for approximately 20% (construction period: 3-4 months).
★ You will have opportunities to travel to various locations, including hotels and inns in Hakone and Shizuoka, allowing you to gain experience in different environments each time.
Application requirements
・Those who majored in architecture, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering at a university in their home country or in Japan
