The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pharmacy Director to oversee 340b pharmacy services at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) and oversee patients in Des Moines, IA! Located within the organization's Wellness Center, this role will see a variety of patient populations from children to older adults.

Position Highlights:

• Work/Life Balance: steady schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week
• EHR: PDX with planned transition to Liberty
• Competitive Salary: $124,000-197,500 base salary depending on years of experience with relocation options available

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of Iowa
• 5+ years pharmacy experience required
• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred
