We are seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in providing Geriatric House Calls™ in the community.
Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults, focusing on functional outcomes and promoting autonomous, clinically excellent interventions. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and help advance patient health.
Qualifications: Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s), possess a degree from an accredited program, demonstrate basic computer skills, and maintain current CPR certification.
