Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists to provide 1:1 geriatric physical therapy services in community settings, promoting functional outcomes and combating ageism.

Responsibilities include delivering autonomous, clinically excellent interventions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and driving patient progress.

Qualifications include a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s), a degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.

Skills needed are strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication.
