We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team, primarily serving in senior living communities.
Key responsibilities: Provide personalized, 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults, focusing on functional outcomes and promoting independence.
Facilitate autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions within an interdisciplinary team.
Drive rewarding patient outcomes and help abolish ageism through direct community care.
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
